Support Groups ~ In-Prison

In-Prison small group sessions are the main activity of Yokefellowship Prison Ministry. These weekly one to one and a half hour volunteer lead sessions provide inmates with an opportunity to share prayer, song, bible reading and discussion with other believers in a positive atmosphere.

Many times the inmates tell us that attending the Yokefellow session keeps them going until Sunday, then church keeps them going until the Yokefellow session. There is no doubt that these sessions help inmates deal with despair, sorrow, depression and anxiety, as well as encouraging stronger faith beliefs and moral values.
